The house

New material. Old hands.

Ironwright is the AI arm of the House of Foundry, a Sydney studio that has been building for real Australian businesses for years: websites that earn, software that ships, search results that move. We did not arrive with the AI wave. We picked the new material up off the bench the way we picked up every material before it.

IRONSTEELSOFTWAREINTELLIGENCE

The craft

Foundry & Folio designs and runs websites, brands and search for Australian businesses: trades, fitness, landscaping, hospitality, e-commerce. Live sites, live rankings, clients who stay.

The builds

Signed, staged builds with live progress trackers and sign-off certificates. A five-figure e-commerce build delivered on contract is the discipline Ironwright inherits.

The software

Consumer apps in the App Store pipeline, client web apps in daily production use. We ship, and we keep maintaining after the applause.

The touchmark

We sign our machines.

For centuries, smiths struck a registered touchmark into everything they forged: a personal signature of accountability, punishable if abused. Ours carries the I and the W in one stroke, cold iron rising to a white-hot terminal, with a deliberate gap before the final stroke: the leap from automation to judgment. Every machine we build carries it, which means every machine we build has our name on the line.

Why a craft house builds AI well

The habits transfer

Drawings before building

A decade of scoping fixed-price builds taught us to define done before starting. AI projects fail loudest where that habit is missing.

Production is the bar

A demo is a party trick; a machine that runs unattended for months is a product. We have run production systems for years, and it shows in the boring details: monitoring, fallbacks, logs.

Plain language wins trust

Our clients are tradespeople, firm principals and franchise owners. Nothing we build survives if we cannot explain it across a ute tray or a boardroom table.

Small, then proven, then bigger

Every client relationship we have started with one well-made thing. It is the only growth model we trust, and it is exactly how AI should enter a business.
